The Nasher Auditorium is an intimate and warm performance and lecture space off the museum's main atrium.

Directions 

From Chapel Hill via Hwy 15-501

-From the US-15/501 N, take Exit 107 In Durham, marked N.C. State Route 751/Duke University West Campus.
-Turn right onto N.C. 751, and continue for about 1 mile.
-At the third traffic light, Duke University Road, turn left.
-Continue on Duke University Road for about 8/10th of a mile, cross Anderson Street and make a left turn into the museum parking lot.

From Raleigh, Cary and points East

-Via I-40 West: Merge onto I-147 N via Exit 279B toward Durham/Downtown.
-From 147 N take Exit 14, Swift Avenue.
-Turn left onto Swift Avenue.
-Continue for about one quarter mile to Campus Drive.
-Turn right onto Campus Drive.
-One block after Oregon Street, turn left into the museum parking lot.

From Greensboro, Burlington and points West

-Take I-85 N to Durham -Take Exit 172, N.C. State Route 147, Durham Freeway.
-Continue on Durham Freeway and take Exit 14, Swift Avenue.
-Turn right onto Swift Avenue.
-Continue for about one quarter mile to Campus Drive.
-Turn RIGHT onto Campus Drive.
-One block after Oregon Street, turn left into the museum parking lot.

From points North via I-85

-Merge onto I-85 South
-Take Exit 174A for US 15-501 South Bypass – Duke University/Chapel Hill.
-Continue on U.S. 15-501 and take Exit 107, marked N.C. State Route 751/Duke University West Campus.
-Turn left onto N.C. 751 and continue for about 1 mile.
-At the fourth traffic light, Duke University Road, turn left.
-Continue on Duke University Road for about 8/10th of a mile, cross Anderson Street and make a left turn into the museum parking lot.

Parking 

Parking

The museum’s 100-space public parking lot, east of the building, is accessible from either Campus Drive or Duke University Road. Parking at the museum is $2 per hour, payable at kiosks in the museum lot. The winding stepped path from the parking lot to the main entrance is about 100 yards.

Accessibility Parking

Visitors may be dropped off at the 700 Anderson Street entrance, where three handicapped parking spots are available. The museum’s lower parking lot has eight handicapped parking spots. For assistance or more information please call 919-684-5135.

The Nasher Museum Café features excellent, locally sourced café food located inside Duke's Nasher Museum of Art.
