Durham Fruit & Produce Company

305 South Dillard St.
Durham, NC 27701

Built in 1926 as a produce wholesaler, this building just east of downtown was later in the vanguard of the city’s revitalization, serving first as the infamous Anti-Mall and then as the nightclub 305 South. It is now a multi-use arts space with variable capacity and flexible seating. Duke Performances has presented new works and contemporary classical concerts at Durham Fruit & Produce Company suited to this unique, warehouse-like space. Following extensive renovations, MONK@100 will be presented at this venue in fall of 2017.

Consult our MONK@100 guide for all the details on tickets, the venue, parking, sets, free events & more.
