The former site of the original Durham Fruit & Produce Company (a produce wholesaler) and 305 South (an oddball off-shoot of the infamous Anti-Mall), Durham Fruit & Produce Company is a newly established raw multi-use arts space that is an integral part of downtown Durham's cultural and business renaissance.

-From the US-15/501 Bypass N merge onto 147 S via Exit 108B.
-Take Exit 13 for Chapel Hill Street & turn left onto Chapel Hill Street.

-Continue on Pettigrew St. and turn left at S. Dillard Street. Parking is located on the street around 305 South Dillard Street, and on Ramseur Street, East Peabody Street & South Elizabeth Street.

From Raleigh, Cary, and points East

-Via I-40 West: Merge onto I-147 N via Exit 279B toward Durham/Downtown. 
-Continue on Durham Freeway and take Exit 12-A for Fayetteville Street/North Carolina Central University.
-Turn right onto Fayetteville Street. Take the first left onto E. Pettigrew Street.
-Take the first right onto S. Dillard Street. Parking is located on the street around 305 South Dillard Street, and on Ramseur Street, East Peabody Street & South Elizabeth Street.

From Greensboro, Burlington, and points West

-Take I-85 N to Durham.
-Take Exit 172 for NC 147 S, Durham Freeway.
-Take Exit 13 for Chapel Hill Street & turn left onto Chapel Hill Street.
-At the third light, turn right onto Pettigrew St.

From points North via I-85

-Merge onto I-85 South.
-Take Exit 177 for Business 15-501/Roxboro St/Downtown.
-Continue through first stoplight at bottom of exit ramp and follow Business 15-501 signs to Roxboro Street South.
-At the second light, turn left onto Roxboro Street/Business 15-501 South toward Downtown.
-Continue following Business 15-501 onto Roxboro Street as it merges onto Mangum Street.
-Turn left onto Ramseur Street. Continue on Ramseur and turn right onto S. Dillard Street. Parking is located on the street around 305 South Dillard Street, and on Ramseur Street, East Peabody Street & South Elizabeth Street.
