Master ngoni player Bassekou Kouyaté  will play recordings of music that influences, interests, and inspires him. The Listening Session will be moderated by Duke Prof. Achille Mbembe. It will be translated from French (Kouyaté’s native language) by Duke Prof. Laurent Dubois.
