Join Chunky Move as they visit the Duke Dance Deparment's course Performance & Technology.
Taught by Professor Tommy DeFrantz, Performance and Techonoly is a workshop exploration of technologies embedded in performance, including robots, media, computer interface. Students in the course--who include dancers, actors, musicians, spoken word artists and all those interested in technology and the arts--will create performance projects and discuss theoretical and historical implications of technologies in performance.
The public is invited to join the class visit.
