In Person - Visit the Duke University Box Office in the Bryan Center on Duke University’s West Campus to buy tickets and get more information.  The Box Office is open Monday - Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.

THE FINE PRINT

Lost Tickets and Exchanges
If you lose your tickets and would like to request replacements, please call the University Box Office, 919-684-4444, as soon as possible. Exchanges may be made only for another performance of the same event.

Performance Cancellation
Due to the live nature of performing arts, programs are subject to change without notice for reasons not under the control of Duke Performances. If a performance is unavoidably canceled in advance, you will be notified and offered either an exchange or a refund.

Refunds
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of canceled events.

If You Are Unable To Attend
If you are unable to attend an event for which you hold tickets, you may donate your tickets in person, by mail, or by fax to the University Box Office for a tax credit (no refunds). In order to qualify for a tax credit, requests must be received by the box office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.

We encourage all ticket holders to return tickets they cannot use in advance of the performance, so that these seats can be made available to other patrons or to charitable groups who may not otherwise be able to attend.
